Wildwood Church is privileged to have an overseas partnership with a church network in Liberia, West Africa. Christ Revival Agapi Mission Church (CRAMC) was founded by William Barnard in Monrovia in 1989, during the civil war.
For over 30 years it has taken the gospel to those who are poor and suffering, preaching that Jesus is the answer and that, through Him, all can be saved.
With David Marshall, William jointly oversaw around a dozen churches, collectively known as Christ Revival Agapi Mission Church, from his home church at Rock Hill, Paynesville, Monrovia, until his death in April 2021.
We have been privileged to encourage churches in the CRAMC network since 1989 - through prayer, correspondence, shipments of clothes, tools, schoolbooks and medicines, and through our Education Sponsorship Programme.
Stafford-based business Crossbow Education has been a generous supporter of one particular school, known as LIVAP, and most recently through the Crossbow-LIVAP Scholarship Fund which helps children who might otherwise receive no education at all. Crossbow and Barnfields Primary School have donated learning resources, and also participated with fundraising initiatives to help build a brand-new classroom and toilet block for LIVAP.
